1/4" X 1-1/2" MH #316 SS Spike
This fastener is used for fastening insulation, single-ply membrane, wood and metal to structural concrete. It is made from #316 Stainless Steel. It has a mushroom head and a specially designed "s" shaped expansion mechanism on the working end. This mechanism is pre-expanded and is actuated as the anchor is driven into the drilled hole.
The basic working principle of the Spike makes installation fast and simple. As the anchor is driven into the hole, the expansion mechanism is compressed and flexes to accommodate the size of the hole. The design of the Spike offers three different levels of compression, bottom, middle and top.
The hole for this Stainless Steel Spike is 1/4" in diameter and at least 2" deep.
